'Journey With Jesus' Trailer Features Tony Evans And Daughters In Holy Land

Check out this trailer for the documentary ‘Journey With Jesus’ that features Tony Evans and his daughters in the Holy Land.

“I am so excited to share the trailer of my new movie Journey With Jesus—in theaters November 15, 16 & 17,” writes Tony Evans in the caption of the video. “Join my daughters and I as we retrace the steps of our Savior and experience the wonders of the Holy Land.”

In the trailer, Dr. Tony Evans, who is the founder and senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, and his daughters, Chrystal Evans Hurst and Priscilla Shirer, retrace the steps of Jesus and share about their experience. “Dad, I cannot believe where we’re standing right now,” says Priscilla in one of the scenes in the trailer. “It’s not just in Israel. Behind us is the Sea of Galilee. What it reminds me of is the beauty and the grandeur of the fact that the Word became flesh.”

From the Sea of Galilea to the Jordan River, Nazareth to Jerusalem, the ministry, movements and moments that defined Christ’s life come alive for Tony, Priscilla, and Chrystal in fresh new ways. And you can witness it all and experience the Holy Land like never before when you watch ‘Journey With Jesus.’

And while Dr. Evans and his daughters lead you through a beautiful and captivating walking tour of the historical sites and places of Jesus’ ministry, they also are delivering personal insights, powerful teaching, and biblical context from each location.

One scene of the trailer shows Tony and Priscilla at the tomb where Jesus was laid and came back to life. “I’ve never been so excited to see nothing in all of my life,” says Priscilla with a big smile across her face. “I love that it’s empty.”

We hope that you enjoyed watching this trailer for ‘Journey With Jesus’ today, and make a point to go see this great film with your family!
