"Crying Out: Abba, Father"
In the third installment of the Romans 8 "More Than Conquerors" sermon series, Paul tells us that we were once living in a state of faded glory of the design that God intended because of sin.
Now through the mystery of the cross and the leading of the Holy Spirit, we have been adopted as sons of God and are able to cry out, "Abba, Father" when we are in difficulty. We only need to ask the Holy Spirit to give us a witness that we are truly His.
Sermon based on Romans 8:12-17.
Recorded Sunday, August 22, 2010, 11 a.m.

A Prayer to Help You Comfort Others - Your Daily Prayer - April 25
Have you ever wondered if there is any purpose in your suffering? We certainly don’t go looking for suffering—it comes to us because life is a journey through difficulties and triumphs. Sufferings are a reminder of what Jesus Christ went through and it is a way for us to encourage others.
