Anne Wilson is a rising Christian singer at 19 years old. She realized her call to spread God’s love after performing a tribute song for her brother that died in a car accident. The first time that Anne sang in front of an audience was at her brother’s funeral.

She ended up recording ‘What a Beautiful Name’ by Hillsong Worship when she was only 15 years old. Her video made its way across the internet and was offered a record deal.

Since then, Anne has been working on original music and recently released her first three songs. ‘Something About That Name’ is her third and final track from her debut single, ‘My Jesus.’

The lyrics are truly beautiful. The focus is on Jesus, regardless of who is praising Him. The name ‘Jesus’ always means the same thing -- no matter what.

It’s so easy to get lost in the rush of daily life that we forget to speak His name. It’s easy to immediately run to him when we are struggling. We ask for help in those times, even though we know we didn’t prioritize him when life was easy.

But still, He is there for us. His name ‘sounds like forgiveness,’ and He will always be there when we need Him. After all, ‘He is all we need’ at the end of the day.

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased. Hebrews 13:15-16
