The emerging generations are crying out for spirituality and connection to something bigger, yet they seem to be less interested in looking to the church for that connection. But we are not God's sales team. Reciting a memorized script only projects an agenda that younger generations view as inauthentic. Like Jesus Himself, we must recognize the deep human need to be connected to others. Building authentic relationships is crucial to sharing Christ, not just to convert, but to truly disciple.
