Social media can sometimes make us fall down a rabbit hole of comparison, where we begin to envy what someone else has or doubt what God is doing in our life. Social media can also be an unfortunate tool of distraction, that keeps you away from pursuing your goals, or being fully present in the moment.

I’m not saying that social media is all bad. It absolutely is not. But it can cause us to compare our bodies and our lives to posts of airbrushed selfies or seemingly fabulous lives.

First, no ones life is perfect. Second, as hard as it may be sometimes, TRUST GOD for your unique journey. He is perfecting the things that concern you, and His word never returns to Him void. Social media will try to make you believe that the grass is greener on the other side, again, not true. The grass is greener wherever you water it.
