Two good men, two different destinies
Both Stephen and Phillip had the same qualities. They were men of reputation, filled with the Holy Spirit and full of wisdom to serve the Lord in ministering to the needs of widows and to preach the Gospel of Christ. Both demonstrated the power of the Holy Spirit in their ministry. One was destined to pay the ultimate price in order that the other could carry on the work of revival beyond the boundaries of the Jerusalem church. God has His plan for each and every one of us. We honour those who had with much suffering, paved the way so that those who followed suit may have an easier path in the ministry. Yours trully in Christ, Peter Lam
