"I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary to one another, to not do the things that ye would. "(Galatians 5:16,17)

We live in war twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. It is a battle uninterrupted, not only against demons but against our own flesh. The apostle Paul declared that he saw on his body a war between his inner man - that he delighted in the law of God, and his flesh - that way dominated by the law of sin.

God has commissioned us to overcome the flesh, and we can do it!

This is one area where the Holy Spirit came to minister in our lives to lead us to a holy life, victorious. And the benefits of the use of language in the spirit of prayer are directly linked to the areas of action of the Spirit of God in us. In short, if the Spirit's ministry is to win the meat, then it is certain that speaking in tongues will assist us in regard to this area. And just walking in the Spirit will overcome the desires and inclinations of the flesh.

The golden chapter in the Bible about walking in the Spirit and butchering meat is Romans 8. In chapter 7 Paul states that passed the inner conflict we all also pass "the good that I do not do this, and the evil which I would not do this." After asking the question: "Who will deliver me from this body of death?", Thus expressing its i
