On this Look at the “Order Of Malchizedek”, Psalms 110 clear shows a prophetic promise made to the promised one that was to come. It becomes clear that this record is not that of the Lords physical ministry, but that of his exalted heavenly ministry.

The Hebrew writings give a clear build up as to who the promise seed spoken of first in Gen 3:15 would be. It also give understanding of who he would become. Though it is progressively unfolded, the theme concerning his suffering and glory is a prevalent topic. We can get some clarity on subject when we observe God bringing Abraham the knowledge of his descendant.
First associating the promise seed as being numbered with the dust of the earth in Gen 13. Then, after the battle of the Kings and Abrams in counter with Malchizedek in Gen 14, we see that “Seed” of Abraham being numbered with the “Stars of The Sky” in Gen 15. All the while God giving more information on what he will do through the seed of Abraham.

A bigger question arises when we bring this understanding to the Christian writings. The promise made to Abraham is that through his “seed” all the nations of the world will be blessed. A question that Christians should be looking closely at: Is the Church of the body of Christ being associated are the nations receiving this blessing, or with “The Seed” bringing it? This becomes paramount as to the Christians view conserving the secret that God kept to himself.
