This father is super proud of his daughter and her gymnastics skills. She is an elite gymnast who has a vigorous practice schedule, and as a way to connect with her, the dad decided to try his hand at some of her gymnast moves. What a fun way for some father-daughter bonding!

The dad said that his daughter found it pretty funny in the beginning when he first started doing gymnastics with her. “We had a lot of laughs and there were quite a few fails,” he shares. “We started filming a couple and it was funny, so we created the Instagram page. I guess that’s how it all started.”

The father and daughter use an Instagram page to document themselves practicing their gymnastic moves, and many people enjoy seeing what they can do together. These videos definitely make people laugh as well as show an appreciation for the hard work that it takes to be a gymnast.
