'You'll Never Walk Alone' The Martins

'You'll Never Walk Alone' The Martins

Be comforted by God’s love as The Martins perform a live rendition of ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone.’

This iconic song was originally a show tune from the musical Carousel. Talented composers Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein wrote the song in 1945.

In later years, other artists lent their vocals to the tune and gave it mainstream media attention. Elvis Presley released his rendition of the single in 1967 and even titled his album after the song.

“When you walk through a storm hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of a storm is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain.”

The Martins are comprised of siblings Joyce Martin Sanders, Jonathan Martin, and Judy Martin Hess. For years, they’ve been using their God-given talent to sing praises to His Name. Today, they’re putting their own spin on ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ and it’s the perfect song to remind us of God’s unending love.

“Tho' your dreams be tossed and blown.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never, ever walk alone.”

With God by our side, we are never alone. Be comforted by these powerful words of love and strength.

1 John 4:16 “So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.”
