Burdened by the number of people in his family and his village who are dying from preventable diseases, a young pastor in southern Chad seeks to convince his friends and neighbors that some of their cultural beliefs and practices are in fact killing them. With the help of the nurse from the local church-run clinic and applying basic hygiene principles in his own life, gradually the message becomes clear as the villagers see the difference in the pastor’s family compared to their own. The warrior is the first young man who listens to this life-saving message and begins the battle for community health and development in his own village.
