UCLA Gymnast Katelyn Ohashi Delivers Viral Perfect 10 Routine
Her upbeat routines and perfect scores have been the talk of the gymnastics circuit and everyone looks forward to watching her in action. Not only does she add dance into her difficult gymnastics routine, but she also adds some fun too.
Originally, this young talent had plans to compete at the Olympic level, but injuries to her shoulder and back, which eventually required surgery, forced her to step back. Now, Katelyn is attending college at UCLA and is part of the Bruins gymnastics team.
Today, she is back on the mat with another stunning floor routine at the Collegiate Challenge in Anaheim, California. Just watch as she flips and twists all across the floor to some of our favorite songs, such as ‘ABC’ from The Jackson Five.
With each move, I am more and more in awe of her talent and how she can pull of these seemingly impossible moves. Just when I think it can't get any better, Katelyn does something else to make my jaw drop. As soon as the routine is over, the gymnast is greeted with cheers and applause from the entire crowd and her teammates. And it’s another perfect 10 routine for this inspiring athlete.
This young woman has some serious talent and I think we’ll be seeing a lot more of her in the future. What do you think?
