Animal Crackers Religion Movie 4: New Covenant (It's Not Time Yet - Movies

A Group of friends make a covenant with each other and promise not to do all the bad things they see other people doing around them. Just like God made covenants with Israel, the promise was broken many times but God gave them many chances and forgave them each time. So these girls break their promise to each other, and do not learn the importance in keeping their promise until the fourth time the promise is broken and something very tragic makes them realize that they need to renew their covenant. In this final movie, Andrea is the one who actually teaches the girls the important of keeping their promises. Andrea is going through a lot at home because her parents are constantly fighting. She cannot concentrate while she is doing her homework and gets constant headaches from all that she has to go through at home. She starts off by taking a little bit of drugs and painkillers at a time to soothe her headache, but she doesn't realize that her friends are and always will be there for her when she needs someone to talk to. Unfortunately, she decides that she can't take the pain of her parents fighting anymore and attempts to kill herself. She tries to overdose on drugs but doesn't die and ends up in the hospital. Andrea's friends find out and are glad to seen that she is okay. They realized that Andrea almost died because of the promise that has continued to be broken by each of them. They decide that they really need to stop breaking it before anything else really bad happens. They agree to renew the covenant that they had made with each other.

Just as God gave the Israelites so many chances after they had agreed to keep their promises like the Abrahamic, Sinaitic, and Palestinian Covenant, It took the girls a few times to realize the importance of keeping their promises.
