Adorable Girl Scout Practices Her Sales Pitch - Cute Videos

Girl Scout season will soon be upon us. You know what that means, your New Year’s resolutions are about to get tested with delectable cookies being sold by the scouts.

One young first grader named Allie Shroyer has the sweetest little voice and the biggest heart of bubbly joy. She was captured on camera on her parent’s doorbell in her Girl Scout vest. But she doesn’t just wait to see if someone will answer, she launches into perfecting her sales pitch.

"Hi, I'm Allie. Would you like to buy some Girl Scout cookies?" Allie can be heard saying in the video, as she stands in front of the door in her blue Girl Scout vest. "Would you like one? Or two? Or three or four or five?"

"What's your favorite color? Because the boxes are colors and maybe you can get a box in that color," she sweetly added.

But here’s the twist! Allie’s mom Kristen explained, they recorded the first-grader at their own front door as a safety precaution due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

"I knew she wouldn't be able to go door-to-door, so we thought the next best thing was to record a sales pitch at the door," Kristen explains, adding that Allie did pay a visit to one neighbor's home.

"It's important to us that she still learns the skills she'd get from going door to door versus her mom just sending out a link," Kristen adds. "She had no prep. We just reminded her of the price of the boxes, and told her to give us her best sales pitch!"

Indeed, the sales pitch will melt your heart and nudge you to open your wallet. After her mom posted the video on her instagram, little Miss Allie sold more than 200 boxes in the first 24 hours. Talk about giving it your best shot!
