82 year old grandma does hula at 60th wedding anniversary

Celebrating 60 years of marriage is a big deal, and when my parents’ 60th anniversary came around this past Valentine’s Day, they threw a big party. My 82 year old mom (who turns 83 in March) decided to surprise the guests by performing a hula dance which she had learned as a newlywed living the first three years of marriage in Hawaii, where my dad served in the Marine Corps. She has had both knees and both shoulders replaced, but as you can see, she can still hula with the best of them! A special anniversary gift arrived the day after the party when she and her husband were blessed with their first great-grandchild!
