World-renowned survivalist Bear Grylls shares how he starts each day in prayer to the Lord.

Bear is arguably the most recognized face of survival and outdoor adventure. But many don’t know that he is also a proud family man and outspoken Christian who openly shares his faith.

Over the years, he has continued to use his platform to spread God’s message of love and grace. Today, the world is full of uncertainty while we deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. Many people are practicing social distancing while businesses have closed and buildings left empty.

Even though we may not be able to physically visit our church each week, God is still all around us. Bear Grylls took this time to reflect on his relationship with God and relying on Him during these dark moments. “All we need to do is depend on God’s help and power for each and every task we face. That’s why I try and start every day the same way, on my knees, quietly, reminding myself that I desperately need the presence of Christ with me.”

It is so amazing to hear a celebrity speak out for our Lord. This is the perfect reminder that God is always in control and when we have faith, He will see us through any obstacle.
