Elderly Man's Comical Response To Dragon Fruit Will Have You In Stitches - Comedy Videos

An elderly man’s first encounter with and comical response to a dragon fruit will leave you in stitches.

Everyone has different likes, dislikes, tastes and preferences. No two people are 100% exactly alike. We’re all unique individuals, made differently from one another. 

Yes, these differences can lead to disagreements, which can sometimes get heated. However, how boring would it be if everyone was the same in every way? No one wants to live in a world or be around people like that. Those differences make people interesting, unique and sometimes even hysterically funny.

A video posted on social media shows an elderly gentleman, a man in his early 80s, during his first encounter with a dragon fruit. The man cannot believe his eyes and is unsuccessful when identifying the item before him.

He falsely refers to the piece of fruit as a turnip and a pineapple. When he’s finally informed it’s called a “dragon fruit,” his hilarious and disgusted look says it all.

“It’s ugly lookin’,” he says. 

But his reactions and comments about the dragon fruit get even better once the fruit is cut open.

“I’m not eating that!” he says once he gets a gander at the inside of the dragon fruit.

“It looks like ants or bed bugs or whatever,” the elderly gentleman says.  

The inside of the fruit is odd and shocking, especially considering what it looks like on the outside. 

Eventually, the man conquers his fears and devours a piece of the fruit. He doesn’t seem as appalled and put off by the taste of it as he was by the looks of the fruit.

He even says, “See, the looks don’t matter.”

It’s unclear if he’ll be trying another piece of dragon fruit in the future, but his reactions were entertaining regardless.
