'Jesus Paid It All' Celtic Worship Easter Hymn - Staff Picks

This beautiful hymn was written by Elvina Hall. She was listening to the pastor when her mind started to think about Jesus and our salvation. She started to write these famous words on her hymnbook and shared the lyrics with her pastor after church.

To her amazement, she learned that the organist, John Grape, had recently composed music with no words. The two pieces of work fit together flawlessly and this beloved song was made.

“I hear the savior say
Thy strength indeed is small
Child of weakness, watch and pray
Find in me thine all in all”

Today, Celtic Worship is performing a stunning rendition of ‘Jesus Paid It All’ and it’s full of love and praise to our King. The band is comprised of many talented Scottish musicians and ‘their mission is to combine their working life as professional musicians with their deep love of Jesus and their passion to share God’s love through their music.’ And they are certainly sharing God’s love with this beautiful performance.
