One of the most endearing characters in Shakespeare's history plays is that of Falstaff, the rotund friend of Prince Hal, whose comic adventures leave him wondering if he wasn't bewitched. The apostle Paul wondered the same about members of his congregations in the region of Galatia. How else could you explain why they were leaving a gospel of full and complete salvation for a a failed system of works righteousness? Watch as Pastor MacLaren shows how many Christians today seem bewitched by the same foolish choice.
