CEDCAS is a non profit organization founded in 1985 by Lillian Solt, a missionary under the Latin America Mission. We have been promoting "whole person health care" through creative evangelism. CEDCAS has a medical and dental clinic which offers affordable prices to those who come. We bring in volunteer work teams to help build churches, community centers and to help share the Gospel with those we serve.
