Hey gang. It’s 3am again. Seems like I’m always getting awakened around this same time most nights for some reason. I’ve been having the same recurring nightmare theme in my dreams for the past 3 nights. I checked my horoscope and it said because the full moon is in Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn (the most powerful full moon of the year too might I add) pullings deep seeded emotions buried in my subconscious forcing me to acknowledge those issues and deal with them. Well for the past few nights I have been dreaming that, people have been trying to attack me mentally and physically. No matter how nice I was in the dream they just wanted to hurt me. I really don’t understand it because I’m not really a person who thinks the world is out to hurt me. I always believe the best in people and treat them like I want to be treated in return. Yet these nightmares keep plaguing me. So I’ve prayed on about these insecurity weeds that need pulling in my soul garden. I asked God to help me to trust that people are out to help me and not to harm me and to remove the spirit of fear that is attacking me and holding me back from further opening myself up to people. After meditation and light casting I felt like a huge burden was lifted off of my shoulders. This Praise and Worship session was a result of feeling the familiar peace of the Universe that prayer and meditation brings and I just wanted to thank our creator the best way I could.
