The Elixir - George Herbert 1633 - Teach me my God and King

It's message is, may God teach me to see Him beyond and through all the everyday experiences of life, and to do everything for His sake. When I do, though I be never so lowly or the task ever so mundane and unimportant, my work will be turned to gold! For God will accept me and my efforts, and His acceptance turns it all into something valuable and precious.
