For those of us consciously striving for Super Health for ourselves and our families, the holiday season poses unique and often difficult challenges. For example, how do I successfully navigate the Thanksgiving table? How do I maintain motivation to stay active as the weather outside turns frigid? Is there a way to eat in the hours before the party that will help?

My prayer today is that we will not hinder children from knowing the Lord. Instead, let us pray that their boldness will arise. But let us also remember we cannot pray for our children to be bold in their faith if we aren’t bold enough to teach them!
