John Legend Shows Up After Street Performer Starts Singing His Song

It is an amazing opportunity to perform for an audience. However, it is even more amazing when someone very talented who you admire, also appears to support you! In this video, John Legend shows up after a street performer starts singing his song. Can you imagine?

Radha is a young woman living in Boston, Massachusetts. While she was performing live, John Legend and his wife Chrissy showed up. The girl began to sing his song, “All of Me.”

The song just happened to be one that she’d chosen to perform that day, never knowing who would be there that day to hear her. John stood there with his son and watched with a smile on his face.

After the song, Radha says thank you and acknowledges John and how it was a surprise for her to see him there. John goes up to give the girl some money.

I wonder how it would feel to be Radha at this moment? The one who wrote the song was present while you sang it. However, this has happened to all of us in a greater way.

The One who created us is present with us while we live our lives. God created us and He is always with us. We have the opportunity to honor Him with our lives like Radha honored John with her performance.

Just how John stopped and listened to this young woman, God is not hurrying off ignoring our lives. He is actively focused on our daily needs and our struggles. He loves us more than we could ever imagine and He has dreams for our lives. He gives us the gift of having His full undivided attention.

“Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend to heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. If I take the wings of the dawn, If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea.” Psalm 139:7-9
