Il y a deux sortes de religieux, celui qui est juste et pieux (celui qui attend la consolation d’Israël, qui n’attend pas la solution de lui-même) et le religieux formaliste. Pour Siméon, celui qui attend la promesse de Dieu, Jésus était un sujet de grande joie.
