Deonte Smith, a 911 operator, remained calm and in control when a frantic young woman called in. She had been kidnapped and taken to a parking lot where a 27-year-old man brutally assaulted her. Just when she thought it couldn't get worse, her attacker forced her to call her boyfriend so he could hear the assault. The woman, instead, called 911 and Deonte was able to send help. There's no doubt, God was there that night!
