Surprise Squad Helps Girl Who Was Robbed
Tia, a young girl with special needs, was recently the victim of a senseless crime. One of the things she enjoys a lot is riding her bike. Her parents bought her a special bicycle that Tia was able to ride on her own but one day they woke to discover that someone had stolen the bike from their backyard.
Tia's parents work very hard to care for her and provide her with all of her needs. They adopted this sweet girl when she was just 4 years old and have seen her through numerous surgeries and hospital stays. This crime left them devastated but a heartfelt letter to the Fox5 Surprise Squad changed everything.
These kind folks decided to give this family 2 brand new bikes and some money to help with expenses. And the look on this mom's face when she receives this surprise is absolutely amazing. What a beautiful moment!
