Tap water is sterilized via chemicals to kill a lot of germs in the aged pipes. The government also infuses fluoride, which may (or may not) be good for your teeth. Regardless, we are ingesting this stuff beyond our mouth (teeth) into our bodies. I highly recommend cleaning your water further. I am in no way affiliated with Berkey.
