Carl's interpretation: Phil points out that in Edgcumbe's struggle with transformation and direction, we are good at technical fixes to structural deficiencies and operating systems within the church building. However, to fix a church requires more than fixing the real estate, we must rediscover our relationship with God and each other through prayer.
