1. According to The Daily Mail, A high-ranking official with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has declared in an interview with PBS that the age of antibiotics has come to an end. 'For a long time, there have been newspaper stories and covers of magazines that talked about "The end of antibiotics, question mark?"' said Dr Arjun Srinivasan.

2. According to the Associated Press, A federal prosecutor says a criminal investigation has been launched into claims a businessman swindled churchgoers in Georgia and North Carolina out of millions of dollars.

3. According to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, As part of a multi-level effort to engage black churches in addressing HIV disparities, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) provided training on October 10 in Chicago for approximately 35 black church leaders.
