This is something I think the world could do more of. Encourage people instead of shame them for what they don't know. This is for you mom. My mom recently passed on to Heaven and I had been really anger for 10 years nursing to the best I could. I realized after she passed I was taking out things on anyone more for the problems in healthcare than I was for a present situation.
