Let Me Tell You Who Jesus Is
1. There is only one true God.
Deuteronomy 6:4 ("Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD"), Isaiah 44:6 ("Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.")
2. The Father is the only true God.
John 17:1,3: ("FATHER, <..> And this is life eternal, that they might know THEE the ONLY true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent."), 1 Corinthians 8:6 ("But to us there is but ONE God, THE FATHER, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.")
3. Jesus is God.
John 1:1, 14 ("In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us<. .>"), Colossians 2:9 ("For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily."), 1 Timothy 3:16 ("And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."), Revelation 22:13, with Isaiah 44:6 ("I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.")
4. Therefore, Jesus must be the Father.
