Black History: Rance Allen Group - Ministry Videos

The smooth soulful sound of the Rance Allen Group can be heard worldwide. Members of this national gospel recording trio, Dr. Rance Allen, and his brothers Thomas and Steve, currently live in Toledo and grew up in Monroe, Mich. Rance started singing and even preaching at the age of five and a couple years later learned piano. Thomas picked up the drums and Steve began playing the bass guitar. From there these men were unstoppable, recording countless albums. They’ve recieved Grammy nominations for Best Contemporary Gospel Group and other accomplishments, as well as other high honors like Stellar and Dove awards within the Christian community. Dr. Allen is the Senior Pastor of New Bethel Church of God in Christ in Central Toledo.
