Paul climaxes the doctrine of the book of Romans with the words still echoing in our hearts and minds, that nothing shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Paul once again takes us into a parenthesis which is absolutely vital to fully understand the value of the doctrine which was just presented with an appeal to the Gentiles as to why Israel stumbled at works and that faith, which came by way of Jesus Christ and his faith/obedience lays a foundation to an understanding of the great sacred secret which was hidden and never before revealed.

You and I are living in a period of time between the great saga of a two part movie, as sons of God in the royal household are charged with heralding the good news, during this short intermission, regarding Jesus Christ who is the star of the show.
