Living with God
A video of mine, Living with God
Even the Lord Jesus taught that obedience to God his Father was more necessary for entering heaven than being able to do things in Jesus Name. And his Father demands that you obey his Son in order to receive his love and companionship.
John 14:23. Jesus replied, "If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. 24 Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me."
Disciples of Jesus, those who are born again of the Spirit of God, are living proof that the above words described in verse 23 are true. That is why they are hated so much by the Christians who are not born again of the Spirit of God, but are as described in verse 24.
The False Disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ
Matthew 7:21 ‘Not everyone who says to me, “Lord, Lord,” will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, “Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?” 23 Then I will tell them plainly, “I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!”

A Prayer to Seek Solitude with God in a Rushing World - Your Daily Prayer - May 8
If we pursue the things of this world, then it is pointless. We will be chasing after temporary pleasures that lead us nowhere with purpose.
