Veteran Finally Sees The US Flag
Kristin Ottolino and her dad, John Cooper, are both colorblind. So when Kristin had a chance to get a special pair of glasses for her dad she jumped on the opportunity.
These special glasses allow people who are colorblind to see colors the way the rest of us do. And when Kristin surprised her dad with them the first thing this 84-year-old veteran did was to look at the American flag.
This hero fought for our country but had never seen the flag in all it's colorful glory. You can tell this tough guy is overwhelmed taking in the full beauty all around him, but when he tell them that the flag was 'always beautiful' I was moved. What a special moment to witness!

Aside from wanting a Bible-believing, Bible-preaching church, at the top of my list was wanting a church that desired to truly know its people.
