When 31-year-old Jen Santamaria was planning her wedding ceremony, she knew she wanted to include her older brother Jesse. Jesse has autism and limited speech but he does love to sing and perform.

That's when Jen came up with the perfect way to incorporate him into the wedding and it will absolutely melt your heart. She asked Jesse to sing during the ceremony and he chose the classic Disney song “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” from The Lion King. He practiced for over 6 months to get his performance absolutely perfect for Jen's big day and he definitely went above and beyond.

I don't think there was a dry eye in the entire place when Jesse stepped up to the mic and you can tell that he's putting his all into this song. What a beautiful addition to this wedding and it's absolutely heartwarming to see. I'm so glad they captured every moment of this on camera.
