Emotions Fear

While there is a very good form of fear (discussed in the video), many of us live our daily lives with various degrees of repressed anxiety (which is not based upon facts, unnecessary, and it consumes life); and we think it is fear. As such, this session describes the difference between fear and anxiety to (1) determine if you are experiencing anxiety, and (2) how to break free from your anxiety.
