Created to remind us that starvation is worldwide. Children suffer and die everyday from hunger, starvation and malnourishment. We are commanded by God to care for those in need. We are blessed beyond measure and have the means to reach out and touch the lives of those less fortunate, hungry and hurting. The world is a cruel place (even here at home in the United States) and has its problems, but that is not to say WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. WE CAN. Through organizations like the International Missions Board and World Vision, everyday lives are changed, hope is given and the love of Jesus Christ is shared. Souls are saved and stomachs are filled. You can make a difference by giving and getting involved.
