13-year-old Jeffrey Li made quite the impression with the judges during his first audition on America’s Got Talent. He performed the powerful tune ‘You Raise Me Up’ and it had the crowd going wild. But it’s what happened before his performance that everyone really remembers. He told the judges that he was an only child and if he won the million-dollar prize, the one thing that he’d really like would be a dog. Simon immediately chimed in and said that if Jeffrey did well, he would personally buy him a dog.

Now, Jeffrey is back on stage for a second performance and he’s giving it everything he’s got. Just listen as he confidently belts out the Whitney Houston classic ‘One Moment In Time.’ I never would’ve thought a teenage boy would choose this song, but I sure am glad that he did. Jeffrey nails every single note and the crowd was on their feet in applause.

No matter what happens in the competition, I have a feeling that we’ll be seeing more of Jeffrey Li in the future. This teenager could definitely have a career as a performer.
