Soldier Surprises Daughters With A Firefighter Homecoming
Tawny and Brea have been waiting over a year to hug their daddy again. Their dad, Sgt. First Class Terry Gottke, has been serving overseas in Afghanistan but now he is finally back home. When he found out when he would be arriving, he got together with his wife, Brittany, and they decided to surprise the girls in a special way.
Both Terry and Brittany are firefighters and both daughters want to be firefighters too. So, that's when the couple came up with the perfect idea to have Terry dressed in fire gear and arrive on the fire truck. Just watch the girl's faces as they realize just who's on the truck.
There is so much joy and excitement in this special moment. I definitely think the girls are surprised, but in the best way possible. I'm so glad that they have their daddy back home! Thank you for your service, Sgt. Gottke.
