Lord My Good God,

forgive us, for we buried our souls
deep beneath the darkened sinful grave,
hate has been our venoms nourishment,
while on earth, deception and treason
has been our way of life,
tears of suffering we gulp,
from dawn to dusk;
yet, unheeded your words
of mighty providence.

help us O Lord;
resurrect our souls
from the grave of darkness,
as we sing aloud your servant
king David’s lamentation of Miserere,
a Prayer of Repentance.


We Your woeful children faithfully pray;
for a miraculous deliverance;
change in heart; a heart brimming with
compassion, love, mercy
and bounteousness towards
all those suffering, saddened
children around the world,
without prejudice. Amen.
