I did a devotion with my son in 2010...and we read this together.
1 John 3:2-3 I asked him what he thought it meant. He replied with "It's the way I felt when Mr. Dan (my good friend &our lead guitarist) told me I looked like you today". I said oh yeah, how was that. He said "Happy and Proud". It blew me away that he got this at 8yrs old. If I am proud as a Dad that my son wants to be like me, how much more is our Heavenly Father proud when we want to be like His Son and when people see a glimpse of Jesus in us?
