Andrew Greer Teams Up with Sandi Patty for Beautiful Rendition "Ave Maria"

Dove-nominated singer/songwriter Andrew Greer recently teamed with iconic GRAMMY and Dove Award-winning vocalist Sandi Patty for a new and unique rendition of the Christmas classic, “Ave Maria.” The song is featured on two projects this holiday season: Greer’s own Angel Band: The Christmas Sessions, and the Parable retail exclusive, All is Calm, All is Bright. Greer says of the song, "There is an awe surrounding Mary for Christians because she was the human closest to Jesus. She knew him most intimately. She was his mother. And in all our searching and striving and hoping, what do we want? To know Jesus intimately. And I think by observing and pondering on the relationship between Mary and Jesus - so Mary and God - we hope to catch a glimpse of his nearness to us."
