Matthew 4:1-11 - What would Jesus do? That is the question that Christians seek to answer as we seek to discern God�s will for our lives and for our communities. It is funny, but the answer that we often come up with always seems to reflect the way we view the world. To the democrat, Jesus would vote for Barack Obama. To the republican, He would vote for John McCain. But, if we are going to take seriously the witness of the gospel, we have to recognize that the kingdom of God will not be won in Washington, D.C. It is won through the self-giving, sacrificial love that Jesus modeled on Calvary. It�s a whole new ball game.
