Sunday Worship Service, July 26, 2009, Part 2
Join us in the worship of the Lord through his Word and Spirit. We sing the great hymns of the Christian faith from the original Trinity Hymnal of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. Our Scripture Readings are from the New International Version of the Bible. Included in this video is a lesson from our Larger Catechism, a reading from Isaiah 13, and the hymn, "O Thou from Whom All Goodness Flows." This service took place at First Presbyterian Church (Orthodox Presbyterian, www.opc.org), in Perkasie, Pa (www.firstchurchopc.com). The pastor is the Rev. R. Scott MacLaren.

A Prayer for God to Be Your Shield and Portion Today - Your Daily Prayer - May 24
I love this passage in the Bible because it sums up the spiritual reality in all difficult circumstances. How many times do we see the enemy and opposing forces against us, just like Elisha’s servant? And that puts us in a panic - yet the angelic armies of the Living God are unseen but present nonetheless, and far greater. We just need to see that substantial truth!
