Sermon: "Mothers and Their Sons," Rev. Richard Scott MacLaren, First Presbyterian Church
They say that laughter is the best medicine, and many times that is true. But laughter can sometimes be mean and destructive too. Christian parents should learn to recognize the spiritual roots of some forms of laughter, and take decisive action to protect their children from harmful influences in their life. Watch as Pastor MacLaren speaks from Genesis 21:1-21 about why Sarah demanded that Ishmael be driven from the family. This sermon took place at First Presbyterian Church in Perkasie, PA (www.firstchurchopc.org), an Orthodox Presbyterian Church (www.opc.org), on May 9, 2010. Rev. Richard Scott MacLaren is the pastor, and solely responsible for the content of this video.
