Jake R. 2009 PA Youth Hunt - Popular Christian Videos

Jake and his father Mike joined up with RCO Executive Director Jim Duflo for Jake's opportunity to take his first whitetail. As we climbed into the stand in Pennsylvania during the 2009 youth doe hunt, the rain continued to come down. As the evening approached a doe came into the field some 300 yards away with no shot opportunity, followed by a young buck feeding above them. With daylight running out, two deer appeared behind them which turned out to be two young bucks, but they where not alone. With them where two does which made there way towards the stand. The does moved in so close to the stand they where only yards away. The does moved around the stand which caused some trouble for Jake, Mike and Jim the three of them had to maneuver 180 deg. to get a shot. With everything happening so fast Jake ended up on his fathers lap for what we hoped would be a perfect end to a perfect evening.
