Michael Ketterer Performs Stunning Version Of 'Ain't No Mountain High Enough'

“Ain't no mountain high

Ain't no valley low, ain't no river wide enough baby
If you need me call me no matter where you are
No matter how far don't worry baby
Just call my name I'll be there in a hurry
You don't have to worry”

In a stunning vocal performance, Michael Ketterer sang Diana Ross’ famous “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” for the final round of America’s Got Talent. Unexpectedly, the pediatric mental health nurse from Knoxville, Tennessee sang the well-known rock anthem in a unique way. Completely stripped of instrumental backup save a piano, Michael took a chance on his voice. The result was truly breathtaking!

By the end of his performance, the judges were on their feet in support. Clearly surprised by Michael’s choice on song and style, Mel B. applauded him for being “brave”. Judge Simon Cowell encouraged the viewers to vote if for no other reason than Michael being a “great, great person”. We think that anyone who has taken time to learn about Michael Ketterer’s story would agree with Simon Cowell.
