Just watch as this little boy dressed in Scotttish gear, grabs his bagpipe and starts to play along when he hears other bagpipers play. At first, there is no one around, but as he continues to play along, more and more people gather to witness his incredible talent. He's even stomping his foot to keep time with the music.
